summer at the art museum

Elisandra and Jackson spend a lot of time downtown Birmingham and Jackson has an appreciation for art, so The Birmingham Museum of Art was the perfect place for their wedding celebration. Elisandra desired a colorful wedding as we invited her guests from all over to celebrate. Candice Stewart with CS Floral Design brought our colorful dreams to life with the stunning florals. The day began with hair and makeup at Elise's downtown loft. The couple shared a first look and enjoyed the special moment together. Everyone's breath stopped as Elise walked down the aisle to Jackson with "A Thousand Years" playing on the strings. Cocktail hour took place in the 8th Avenue Lobby of the museum. We wrapped her bar in the same design of the liner of her envelopes and showcased a sign that welcomed guests to Birmingham. At the reception there were dance, speeches, and of course CAKE! Elise's friends provided treats from Brazil and everyone celebrated the marriage of The Heddens!
